His background includes 8 years in residential sales, where he specialized in selling solar and HVAC systems, and 6 years in Fin-Tech sales as a retirement solutions consultant for industry leaders like Paychex and ADP. Roger’s well-established background underscores his highly evolved leadership skills, proven through his successful stewardship of sales teams in Chicago and Columbus, Ohio.

Roger has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance throughout his career. He has been recognized as a top-five sales representative three times and was inducted into the “President’s Club” in 2019, an exclusive club for top achievers.

Outside of his professional life, Roger is a dedicated family man with four children. Much of his spare time is happily devoted to them, including coaching two of his sons in travel baseball. He and his wife share a passion for healthy living, enjoying cooking and working out together whenever possible.
