Professional Journey
Max started his career in retail at Stewart’s Shops, where he excelled as a lead closer throughout college. After graduating, he joined Graves Brothers through the Management Trainee program. Beginning in the call center, Max gained experience working with customers, various departments, and handling back office tasks. He then transitioned to the production side as an Onsite Roofing Supervisor, managing a crew during installations and maintaining communication with homeowners. Max’s dedication and hard work led him to his current role as a Project Estimator.
