Coming from a home improvement background, Alex’s focus lies squarely on sales operations. At Oaks, he’s responsible for supporting the entire sales team across all the companies under their umbrella, including roofing, siding, windows, and more. His role centers on creating smoother systems, improving processes, and empowering sales representatives to close more deals. Alex dedicates most of his time to building out tools, developing training programs, and establishing reporting structures to ensure the team has everything it needs to succeed in the field.

Alex has had the opportunity to lead several high-impact projects across the organization. This includes launching new sales systems and building comprehensive training programs that support representatives across multiple territories. He also plays a crucial role in managing pipeline reviews, appointment scheduling, and overall sales strategy.

He excels at finding ways to make the sales engine run more efficiently, whether it’s designing new lead flow systems, cleaning up CRM data, or building custom dashboards in Power BI. Outside of work, Alex enjoys woodworking on his lathe, riding motorcycles, and spending time outdoors. He’s a big fan of football and hockey and runs a growing side hustle creating handcrafted items. Whether he’s in the shop or out for a ride, Alex is always working on something new.
