From start to finish I found the staff professional, conscientious and accommodating - very much customer-centered. Mike Bieler, who sold me on Oaks, was most personable and always available for those times I had questions - a great representative for the company! The roofing crew was amazing - on time from 7am to 5 pm they worked carefully and efficiently and produced a beautiful roof. They were obviously an experienced crew!

For Rick Walton and his associate...they installed the bathroom vent duct through the attic and put a new vent on the roof. They did a great job! They were willing to paint over a spot, for me, which was accidentally peeled off at the window trim side caused by a window guy who installed a new window. They even offered to paint a spot underneath the have, so all looked nice and clean! Thank you!

After much procrastination, we finally got a new roof last week, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From his initial visit, Jeff Kline (our salesman) impressed us with his knowledge and experience, explaining every detail of the inspection and potential findings during the tear-off. Robert, who was onsite for the project, was excellent at keeping us informed, even sending texts and photos of the progress. The crew themselves were amazing; they were on the roof within minutes of arriving and, despite the 90+ degree heat, left the area cleaner than they found it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Called Oaks and within a week Connor showed up at our home to assess the cedar siding issue we had. Woodpeckers had "eaten" away the bottom of our siding next to the roof. Connor told us what he wanted to do, and we agreed. He immediately went to purchase the materials needed, and returned and did the job himself. Exactly what we wanted, as we are having the house painted and wanted this job done first. Connor was respectful, neat, and finished the job in a timely manner. All completed within a weeks time! Almost unheard of in today's business environment.

Highly skilled and productive in their workmanship and also as team players. There was probably 8 workers and everyone worked together as a team, and everyone knew what their job was. Everyone stayed until the job was done, no going home at 5 or 6, they stayed and completed the job, they left at 9 pm! Good crew, good manners, good management! Highly recommend OAKS for all my home needs!
