Management Trainee program following college, an experience that shaped his work ethic and prepared him for the demands of a client-facing role in the home improvement industry. Through that program, William developed hands-on expertise in working directly with customers, managing schedules, addressing concerns professionally, and building lasting relationships, all skills that translate directly to the estimator role.
