He spent eight years in the military before moving into automotive sales and later warehouse management for a wholesale supplier specializing in interior and exterior home-improvement products. Those roles strengthened his leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and his time in sales taught him how to identify a customer's needs, explain options clearly, and build trust without pressure.
