As a former U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant, Richard developed the discipline, problem-solving skills, and ability to perform under pressure that continue to define his professional approach. His career has since expanded into sales, job site operations, and customer service, and he currently runs his own business managing sales, customer relationships, and day-to-day operations.
