Jeff’s professional journey spans over 15 years, beginning in the restaurant industry, where he worked in nearly every field, progressing from dishwasher to Head Chef and Restaurant Manager. This experience helped develop his problem-solving and team management skills. Jeff then transitioned into cellular sales before moving into his role as a lead generation specialist at Oaks. After a successful six-month period, he moved into his current role, where he aims to apply his extensive experience in customer service and sales to help homeowners achieve their home improvement goals.

What Jeff brings to his role as Estimator is a proactive approach, a willingness to go above and beyond, and a drive to provide the best possible experience for his clients. His expertise shines brightest in customer service, where he is recognized for being patient, an effective communicator, and creative in his problem-solving approach. These attributes, combined with his professional and adaptable nature, ensure that clients receive accurate estimates alongside an excellent and comfortable experience.

Hobbies/Interests

In his free time, Jeff prioritizes doing anything with his two boys. While they might push for Fortnite, the family enjoys playing any board game they can get their hands on, as they currently own a collection of over 150 different games. They also like to use Jeff’s professional cooking background to try to recreate their favorite dishes from their most liked restaurants. Additionally, Jeff serves as the “all-important free labor” for his girlfriend’s growing paper and craft business, “Aalibrary.”
